Each of the Companies will have a Board consisting of 2 Directors and a Management Advisory Team consisting of 5 members relating to various aspects such as operations, technology, finance, marketing and customer relations. This will enhance the CEO’s ability to address ongoing planning and development issues.
Human Resources
Being an essential sector Housing Industry an important asset in the organizational structure are the people that will develop, build, manage, run and market the product. From the back-end ground operation to the interaction with the customers to the delevery of the product.

Recruitment procedures will be set and followed to maintain our capabilities and to enhance our growth. People make the organization. Training programs will be conducted on a consistent basis to enable better efficiency and clarity in function. Further, cross functional training of our team will ensure that their abilities will be better utilized and have better communication across all functionalities.
Systems
Operations will be customer focused, multi-task oriented and linear. Front-end and back-end system need to integrate better to enable greater productivity and operational efficiency to better customer satisfaction. Productivity is key to better, stronger systems. Work flow will be channeled and controlled by the knowledge management systems, which will ensure speed in response, clarification and delivery mechanism from customer enquiry to booking and handing over the finished product.
Partners and Alliance
Fern Valley Group will seek to develop alliances and partnerships to add value and facilitate International Standard development schemes and fine living environment. Our venture will be based on strategic association with technology providers, marketers and other regional service organizations.

Technology partners will play a pivotal role in the development of quality homes and fine living environment at affordable prices to the consumers. Alliances will be exclusive and on a mutually agreeable platform. We have chosen to minimize risks in executing the strategies envisaged by concentrating on leveraging our core competences.
Brand Development
In order for consumer confidence and trust to grow, developing a brand identity is imperative. This will be done with standardization of brand elements, consistency across media and a firm brand philosophy. Brand value integrated into the core product concept will be used to enhance product delivery on time every time. To this end the brand identity “Fern Valley Group” has been selected as the vehicle.
